Hangover cure

I’m hungover right now. My band had a gig last night and the music juice was flowing. I also had very little water throughout the day and not much sleep last night. Perfect storm of hangover inducing things.

I need to recover quickly today. I’m not a young whipper-snapper anymore and hangovers can affect me for up to 2 days sometimes. Besides obviously hydrating and sleeping tonight, I need to rid myself of the foggy feeling soon so that I can get a workout in or something to feel slightly productive today. So, here’s my hangover cure:
